European governments are buying more security. NIS2 puts security duties on public bodies across the EU, and many meet them by buying services: managed SOC, penetration testing, incident response and identity management.

Finding those tenders is slow. They sit on TED and on dozens of national portals, written in the buyer's language, with the detail often in documents behind a registration. General tender tools cover every sector, so a cybersecurity team still reads each notice to learn whether it fits.

govrider covers only cybersecurity: tenders and market consultations from European governments.

It reads tenders across Europe, on TED and national portals, and keeps the opportunities that fit your products and service lines. Each one arrives with a verdict on whether to bid and the reason for it.

For each opportunity we read the buyer's documents where we hold them, and set out how bids are scored. Where the criteria are not yet published, we say so. We name the rules behind the purchase, such as NIS2, and say whether a partner is the way in. Where the public award record shows comparable contracts, anywhere in Europe, we name who holds them.

Then govrider writes the first draft: a response outline for an open tender, or an engagement strategy for a market consultation. Every fact in it rests on a source we hold, and a second check narrows or removes any sentence that goes further than its source does. Where a fact is missing, the draft names what is needed and leaves the gap open. You decide whether to bid, and the final document is yours.

It is for the sales and public-sector teams of cybersecurity vendors, and for the integrators and MSSPs that bid with them. We work with a small number of companies at a time.
