GovRider ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use govrider.ai, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.
Your searches are private
GovRider does not store, read, or retain the content of your search queries. When you run a search, your input is processed in real time solely to generate your results and is never written to a database, logged, or used for any other purpose. Once your results are returned, your query is gone.
GovRider is the first tech-to-government intelligence platform that matches tech solutions and tech consulting services with live government procurement opportunities, grants, and tenders across 50+ countries. GovRider provides strategic intelligence that our users need to understand what governments are buying, the policies driving demand, and where public sector budgets are heading.

Account data: When you sign in via magic link, we collect your email address. We use Supabase Auth to manage authentication. No password is ever stored.
Usage data: We store a record of your credit balance and credit transactions (searches performed, credits purchased). We do not store the content of your search queries after the API call completes. Searches are stateless.
Payment data: Credit purchases are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We receive a Stripe session ID and the number of credits purchased to fulfil your order.
Session cookies: We use HTTP-only session cookies set by Supabase to keep you logged in across page loads. These are strictly necessary for the service to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We use your data solely to provide and improve the GovRider service:
· Authenticate you and maintain your session. · Track your credit balance and deduct credits when you run a search. · Fulfil credit purchases made through Stripe. · Display your credit balance in the product UI. · Respond to support requests you send to us by email.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as described in Section 4.
We share personal data only with the following categories of trusted third-party service providers, solely to the extent necessary to deliver the service:
Authentication & database provider: Stores your email address and credit balance securely on our behalf. Data is hosted on cloud infrastructure within the EU.
Stripe: Payment processing. We never see or store your card details. Subject to Stripe's own Privacy Policy.
Cloud hosting provider: Runs and serves the application. May log standard request metadata (IP address, request path) for operational and security purposes.
Your account data (email and credit balance) is retained for as long as your account is active. Credit transaction logs are retained for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes.
If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. financial records).
If you are in the UK or European Economic Area, you have the right to:
· Access the personal data we hold about you. · Rectify inaccurate data. · Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): request deletion of your account and data. · Portability: receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format. · Object to processing where we rely on legitimate interests.

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data: HTTPS for all connections, HTTP-only session cookies, server-side-only access to service credentials, and row-level security on our database. No system is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
