Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 February 2026

By creating an account or using govrider.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

GovRider is an intelligence platform that surfaces and analyses government procurement opportunities, grants, and tenders from public sources. Results are generated by GovRider's AI system and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or procurement advice.

You are responsible for independently verifying all information before acting on it, including deadlines, eligibility criteria, and the authenticity of any linked opportunity.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. Authentication is handled via magic link, a one-time login link sent to your inbox. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.

Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. Credits

GovRider operates on a prepaid credit system. Each search or explore action costs one (1) credit. Credits are deducted only on a successful result being returned.

Free credits: New accounts receive 1 free credit on sign-up. This is non-transferable and has no cash value.

Purchased credits: Credits purchased via Stripe do not expire and are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law. If a technical fault on our side results in a credit being deducted without a result being returned, contact us and we will restore the credit.

We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing for future purchases. Existing purchased credits are unaffected by pricing changes.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in GBP (British Pounds) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. By completing a purchase, you authorise Stripe to charge the stated amount to your payment method.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at contact@govrider.ai within 14 days and we will investigate promptly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

· Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation.

· Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from GovRider at scale.

· Share, resell, or redistribute GovRider outputs commercially without our written consent.

· Attempt to circumvent the credit system or gain unauthorised access.

· Use the service to generate content that is misleading, defamatory, or harmful.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund of remaining credits.

6. Accuracy of Information

GovRider aggregates data from public government procurement portals, grants databases, and tender registries. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Government deadlines and requirements can change without notice.

GovRider's analysis (match scores, context summaries, political context) reflects the system's interpretation and may contain errors. Always consult the official source document before submitting any application or bid.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and trademarks on GovRider are the property of GovRider and may not be copied or used without written permission, except as permitted by applicable law. Underlying government procurement data remains the property of the respective issuing authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GovRider is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost contracts, missed deadlines, or business losses resulting from reliance on GovRider outputs.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email (to the address on your account) or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
