Terms of Service

govrider is an intelligence platform that matches European government procurement opportunities to your organisation's capabilities and pairs each one with regulatory and commercial context. Results are generated by govrider's system and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or procurement advice.

You are responsible for independently verifying all information before acting on it, including deadlines, eligibility criteria, and the authenticity of any linked opportunity.

govrider is invitation-only. There is no public sign-up: access is granted once your organisation signs a service agreement with us, and we provision a login for each seat your organisation assigns. Authentication is by email and password, managed by our authentication provider. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Seats are personal and may not be shared or transferred between individuals. Your organisation is responsible for who it assigns a seat to and for deactivating seats when someone leaves.

govrider is sold as an annual subscription, billed per organisation and priced by the number of seats. Your organisation's plan, seat count, and term are set out in your service agreement or order form.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed annually in advance. Renewal terms are set out in your service agreement. We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing at renewal; existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days notice before any price change takes effect.

Cancellation: Cancellation and refund terms are governed by your organisation's service agreement. In the absence of specific terms there, subscriptions do not auto-renew without notice, and fees already paid for the current term are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Payment is invoiced directly to your organisation under the terms of its service agreement. Prices are shown in GBP (British Pounds) and are exclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

If your organisation believes an invoice is incorrect, contact us at contact@govrider.ai within 14 days and we will investigate promptly.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from govrider at scale.
• Share, resell, or redistribute govrider outputs commercially without our written consent.
• Share your login credentials or attempt to gain unauthorised access to another seat or organisation’s account.
• Use the service to generate content that is misleading, defamatory, or harmful.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate seats, or your organisation's access, for violation of these terms.

govrider aggregates data from public government procurement portals, grants databases, and tender registries. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Government deadlines and requirements can change without notice.

govrider's analysis, including confidence bands, dossier context, and the regulatory drivers we surface, reflects the system's interpretation of public information and may contain errors. Always consult the official source document before submitting any application or bid.

All content, design, software, and trademarks on govrider are the property of govrider and may not be copied or used without written permission, except as permitted by applicable law. Underlying government procurement data remains the property of the respective issuing authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, govrider is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost contracts, missed deadlines, or business losses resulting from reliance on govrider outputs.

Our total liability to your organisation for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email (to the address on your account) or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
